Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, smörkola, citrus, korn med toner av gräs. Fruktig, torr, lagom sötma, fin skumkrona, bra beska.

At Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival, Friday 13, 2015.Draught.Clear golden color, small white head. Sweet, a bit sugary, slight vegetal scent. Can’t say DMS for sure though, but definately vegetal. Grainy, malty, sweet, a bit vegetal, herbal hoppy taste. Grainy aftertaste. Thin low CO2 mouthfeel, low bitterness.More CO2 would help the scent and taste, as well as the mouthfeel.Clean though, part from that vegetal note no offparts I found in my sample.

Bottled at Green Lion Inn, Malmö. Clear golden, minimal head. Buttery Earl Grey tea aroma. Sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Plenty of diacetyl, as befits the style, but when combined with the clean, hard malt it gets a bit basty. Mild hay and citrus hops. Mid bitter finish. Lots of components are there to make a great Czech pilsener, but as the most important component is missing - malt depth/softness, it falls flat.
