Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy yellow with a small frothy white head that leaves some sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is all over the place with wheat crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, rubber, vonit, moist hay, mould and leather. Taste is sour and tiny fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, hay, old cheese, lemon zest and hints of rubber. A mess but there are some redeeming qualities in the taste and the base seems ok even though it has underwent a rough fermentation.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Light hazy straw yellow color, white head. Some old cheese, light acidic scent. Light acidic, tart taste. Medium mouthfeel, wheat dough aftertaste. No bitterness.

Bottle in line for CBC 2015 first session. Pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Aroma of sourness, wheat, sour and tart fruit, yeast, citrus. Flavor is sour, wheat, yeasty, lacto, sour fruit. Thin body, soft carbonation, acidic finish. 010515

[5/1/15] Bottle sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Line for 1st session. Murky gray-ish pale yellow. Aroma of fruity hops, lacto, cheese. Sour flavor, lactic, lemony, with fruity hops. Quite lovely.

Bottle. Unclear milky yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lacto, lemon and sour. Flavour is malt, lemon, sour, lacto, little acid, meidum dry, baking yeast and a little bitter.

Hazy yellow colored with a small white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of lemon, tropical fruit and lactic acid. Fruity and light acidic flavor of berries with notes of lemon and hay.
