Brewed with freeze dried Perle hops. To be compared with Wadesda #5 that was brewed with regular Perle hop pellets.

Drunk alongside number 5. Bit more fruity than the 5. Has that apple juice thing again and a bit of creaminess. Maybe fruitiness goes a bit more towards berries in this one. Finish is malty, little sweet. --- Beer merged from original tick of Wadesda #6 on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8. Bottle - best by this month - hops are still surprisingly fresh and vibrant in this - lovely, firm, dry malt structure I expect from this brewery - dusty, flinty yeast character compliments the spicy hops well - finishes crisp, rustic, lightly savory - really good.

Bottlshare at Mr Smith’s pad. Thanks to Matteo. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and very dry. Reasonable carbonation. Bitter floral yeast. Touch of lemon. Dry bitter seltzer. Dry finish. Marginally more fun than a mouthfull of sand.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Matteo. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Musty aroma, some damp grass, wood, earth, old leather. Light sweet flavour with more musty character, some husky pale grains, white bread, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with grainy bitterness, more dank grass, leather, cellar. So so.

Bottle @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Pours deep golden, a bit cloudy, with a decent head. Aroma of malt, grapeftuit, floral and spiced motes, easy. Flavour is medium to light sweet, with a medium to light bitter end. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Refined.
