The summer season out at Fjäderholmarna ends in early September. Our Brewpub works tirelessly at full throttle throughout the summer and, in preparation for the shorter and darker days ahead, it’s only right to complement our range with a beer for the - ever so slightly- colder months. Our Winter Ale is a slightly darker beer that is flavoured with cinnamon and orange peel to perfectly accompany winter (and Christmas) with its richer and heartier foods.

Amber with off white head - Malt and hop aroma - Malt body with a ncie hop bitterness - Malt and hops goes into the finish - This was nice

Canned 330ml. -Clear darker amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, light caramel nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light nutty and sugary with bitterish sweet finish.

Can 33 cl. Pours a reddish amber with a roughish, off-white head. Faint caramelly nose - a little cabbage. Medium body, nutty, toasty with a rather bitter finish.

Can. Cloudy copper, fluffy offwhite lacing head. Caramel creamy, light pine, citrus, stonefruit. Werthers hop dragees would taste like this.

Bottled. Clear deep amber, mid sized coarse head. Spicy nose with cinnamon and cardamom. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt with licorice. Firm and well defined. Interesting spices that are well integrated. Mid bitter finish. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours a golden pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty spicy caramel hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel hoppy finish.

Bottle from web SB cons 2016-12-21 Göteborg AR: roaste malt, rye bread, Christmas spices AP: dark brown, frothy cream beige foam F: roasted malt, cinnamon, dull, rye bread, wee bread syrup, probably good with the fat food at the Swedish Christmas table but not as zip beer
