Saaremaa Tuulik is a light and mild beer whose taste first reveals the sweetness of malt with the crisp character of hops coming through in the aftertaste. Bavarian malt and aromatic hops blend into a pleasant bouquet in the light and fresh aroma of Tuulik.

Canned, courtesy of my mother, bought from Tallinn, thanks :) (BB 05/2005)
This used to be my favourite draught beer in 1999 when I visited in Saaremaa. After that lots of being happened, I am not sure if this is actually same beer anymore.
Lager color, small vanishing white head. Malty, metallic and slightly alcoholic nose. Watery, weakly malty body. Oily weak sweet aftertaste. Not offensive but just plain, lacking hops. Like a typical Olvi product and this was actually canned by Olvi in Iisalmi.

To clarify, the beer in question is Saaremaa Tuulik, brewed by the Saaremaa brewery on the Estonian island of the same name. Olvi owns this brewery, but the Olvi brewery is in Iisalmi, Finland and this isn’t brewed there. Tuulik is an above average Estonian lager, with a fruity-hoppy accent.
Now some of the Saaremaa beers are brewed at Tartu...
