URSA DESZCZ W CISNEJ to piwo o lekkim karmelowo-wędzonym smaku i aromacie. Przeniesie Cię do serca Bieszczadów – do Cisnej, gdzie zapach bukowo-jodłowych lasów miesza się z dymem z ogniska. Inspiracją do stworzenia tego piwa była piosenka o tym samym tytule. Etykietę zdobi grafika przygotowana przez Ryszarda Kaję – malarza, scenografa, plakacistę i podróżnika – autora słynnego plakatu “Cisna”.

13-9-19 // tap at Ursa Maior Krakow. Smokey nose. Amber malt body. Balanced smoke.

Butelka. Brązowe, lekko opalizujące. Wędzonka nieprzesadzona, poza tym lekkie orzechowo-chlebowo-karmelowe nuty brown ale'a. Smak przełamany lekką kwaskowatością, w przyjemny sposób. Wszyscy na tę Ursę narzekają, ale ja trafiłem na całkiem fajne piwko.

Draught (Ursa Maior, Krakow) - Brown with orangey red tinges. Beech, ash and maple syrup in the aroma. The taste is smoky with nuts and brown sugar. Nicely balanced.

Pours a copper amber color, nose is smoky, grassy, taste is light smoky maple.

Short head, dark copper liquid. Very cloudy. In the beginning it smells like cardboard mixed with cheese aroma (like in hefeweizen). There are also caramel hints and burnt matches scent. Light to average bitterness with light sourness. Tasteful. Average carbonation, light body. Very good and drinkable beer.
