Clear dark brown color with a fine thick frothy tan head. Nice lacing. Fruity and toffee in the aroma Medium body and a bit rich carbonation. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Toffee, some chocolate, herbal and mild fruity flavor. Sadly my last Dalarado rating.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget Beställningssortiment. BB 24-07-2015. Sampled on March 30, 2015.Ordered a bottle after I heard the brewery has been closed.Clear dark brown to very dark brown color, fairly big bubbly tan to light brown head. Malty sweet, a bit fruty, light chewing gum scent, also some alcohol. Malty sweet at first, then fairly bitter, fizzy, a bit of alcohol taste. Mineral, wet stone aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.Scent has a bit of bisquit to it, and perhaps the slightest bit roasted notes when really looking for it. Can’t say I find and roasted or toasted notes in the taste at all.A fair bit of grit in the bottom of the bottle, Didn’t pour the last 2-3 cl. With the very last of the glass after warming up quite a bit did get a few roasted towards chocolate notes in the taste and aftertaste. Seems for my preference better cellar to room temp than at 12C.

Mørk rødbrun farge med lyst beige skum. Lukter karamellmalt. Medium fylde og mild søtlig bitter avslutning.

Mørk brun med rødskjær med fluffy beige skum. Karamell, korn og noe eplelukt. Søtsyrlig smak av brendt karamell og blomster. Mye kullsyrefølelse i munnen, men lite perler.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, nötter, citrus, jord, örter och choklad, Jämn och fin i smakerna med växande beska och chokladtoner i slutet. Gott!
