HUMMELHOLM är namnet på vår välbalanserade IPA. Den har en blommig arom, framför allt från humlesorterna Kohatu och Nelson Sauvin. Beskan är påtaglig men inte för påträngande. För att alla smaker ska få komma fram har vi valt att inte filtrera ölen. HUMMELHOLM smakar bäst när den är källarsval

330ml bottle bought from djoeye. Bubbly pearl white head to a cloudy apricot coloured body. Spotty lacing. Aroma of caramel malts and herbal hops. Taste of ripe citrus, honey and caramel. Malt-fruity bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied. Satisfying (Tromsø 02.07.2015).

How: Bottle.
Where: SBWF 2014.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, malt, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, citrus, grass, a bit floral.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Hazy golden with a small white head. Hops, citrus, some orange and malt. Soft and easy to drink. An ok one.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Amber colour, small-off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, bready and some slight earthy notes too. Flavou ris floral, grassy wooden and herbal with some bready and resiny notes to it. More like an English IPA, than an American one.

Tap at SBWF2014. Hazy amber color, small off-white head. Grainy, herbal aroma. Medium-bodied. Harsh, grassy and odd caramel. Messy.

Bottled at SBWF. Cloudy pale orange, coarse head. Rich citrus aroma. Dryish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Lots of citrus, notes of butter. Resiny bitter finish.
