The aim of the Astral fresh keg IPA project is to find the best hops from each harvest, brew a beer with it, and serve it as soon as we possibly can.
Batch 1: Merkur, 6.7 % by vol.
Batch 2: Amarillo/Simcoe, 9.8 % by vol.
Batch 3: Nelson Sauvin/Galaxy, 6 % by vol.
Batch 4: Polaris 4.5 % by vol.
Batch 5: Citra/Nelson Sauvin 6.9 % by vol.
Batch 6: European Challenger 6.9 % by vol.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Peachy and passion fruity. Solid fruity, smooth mouthfeel. Pine and grapefruity finish. Dry, fruity and solid bitter finish.

Draught @ BA Folkis. Pours orange with a small white head. Lots of pineapple in aroma. Taste has a lot of pineapple notes aswell. Also heavy on the grapefruit and lime. It’s bitter yet balnced with a cesty aftertaste. Sweet notes of caramel.

Draught at Bishops folkis. Pours grayish amber. Lots of pineapple, apples and piggelin popsicle. A little too sharp carbonation.
