330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 10/31/2015. Pours fairly cloudy golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, lime, orange peel, passion fruit, pear, pineapple, mango, wheat, cracker, pepper, hay, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good complexity and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, lime, orange peel, passion fruit, pear, pineapple, mango, wheat, cracker, pepper, hay, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy yeast spiciness and fruity/citrus peel tartness/bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange peel, passion fruit, pear, pineapple, mango, wheat, cracker, pepper, hay, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt flavors; with a great crisp tartness/spiciness/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly acidic mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warmth lingering after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a very nice sour pale ale style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink with the balanced acidity. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Leathery, fruity, citrusy aroma. Light-bodied. Flavor is also leather with grapefruit and tartness. Fruityness combines with tartness quite well. Pale malty, a bit watery palate. Feels even less than 4.7 %. Refreshing summer drink but I don’t dig these rubbery/leathery tones.
