Draught@SBWF2011 (free sample, as the server thought it foamed too much...). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus fruits, mild tartness and some yeasty notes as well. Flavour is much the same with some mild spicyness as well.

Sampled @ SBWF 2011 on September 29. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Smell is spicy with cilantro and some banana. It has a chemical quality to it. Taste is dry and a bit sour. It tastes a bit artificial like it had perfume added to it.

On tap at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, August 2011 Hazy golden/orange with a small white head. Good aroma of citrus and spices. Refreshing taste with notes of citrus, grass and some soap. More hops in this one than in your normal Belgian Witbier.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 8 July 2011) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly wheaty nose with citrus, grass and lemon peel. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of citrus, bread, lemon peel and lots of grassy/citric hops. Rather light body, quite dry. Refreshing and quite hoppy for a witbier. Nice one.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small head. Juicy, perfumy coriander aroma. Mid sweet with light body. Intense soapy flavours from Sorachi ace hops, also heavy on coriander. Refreshing, although perhaps overly intense for a witbier. Lots of juicy orange peel and quite some hop bitterness.
