Very pale blond color, hazy. Mild herbal and wax aroma, light flowers. Lightly carbonated, extremely dry, with the bitterness of such meads, lightly breadish.
Not very pleasant.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow, no head. Aroma is dry apples. Wineous. Dry, apples, wineous and somewhat phenolic. Mild carbonated. Spiced, dry honey and light herbal. Dry phenolic finish.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2012) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of apples, pears, old cheese and a touch of hay. Fruity, slightly tart taste with green apples, pears, grass and a fairly light acidity in the finish. Almost full body, quite dry. Quite refreshing and nice.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is whitewine like, mild honey and also quite a bunch of floral notes. Flavour is very similar with some dry apples involved as well. Nice and not all too sweet.
