Bottle @ De Drie Dorstige Herten. Hazy amber colour, white head. Nose is light malty, caramel, belgian yeast, some flowery hops. Flavour is malts, yeast, light hoppy, some spices. Not sure about the imperial part - a bit counter-intuitive considering the drinkability characteristics normally associated with a saison. More like a belgian strong ale. Finish is slightly bitter.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah @ weekly tasting. Hazy yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell malts, pretty fruity like ripe berries, yeast. Taste malts, yeasty, unripe fruits in the flavor somehow and a weird bitterness towards the end. (Dutch: wrang op het eind) Medium body, a bit high carbonated. Hmm I don’t really like it.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy weird brown orange colour with a small white head. Smells Belgian yeast, herbs and spices, malts. Tastes sweet, malts, herbs and spices, slightly hops. Medium body, nice carbo. Tastes less ’default Belgian’ than you would expect from the smell.
