First rating: Medium beige head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Chocolatey roasted sugar aroma with sharply herbal notes. Dry-sweet oily sugary herbal taste with caramelly fruity notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish sugary caramelly fruity aftertaste with herbal candy notes. Ends in smoky buttery caramel. Wow! Light, delicate, glittering flavours dance through the brain, intensely vivid, but still harmonic and balanced. (0.75l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.) 7,4,8,3,16=3.8
Second rating: Medium white head. Clear amber body. Herbal floral aroma with sugary lemony notes. Dry-sweet herbal earthy mealy taste with spicy lemony notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. oranje/amber met kaki kraag aroma: floraal, moutig, citrus, rood fruit, lekker fris smaken: redelijk zoet, matig bitter, licht zuur, matig sterk, redelijk fruitig, matig gemout, redelijk kruidig (koriander), zeer fris, mandarijn, sinaasappel, gist, fruitigheid van paardenbloemen thee medium body, glad, normale co2, afdronk kruidig en iets zuurtje, zachte smaken, zoet, héérlijk !

Very original saison. Tastes like nothing else I know. Has a distinct floral and herbal note. Apparently, they actually used flowers. Very good.

Bottle from Belgium in a Box; cloudy orange pour with massive foamy head, grassy aroma, like dandelion and burdock without the burdock, a bit funky a bit yeasty.

Bottle thanks to pimp. Pours a cloudy yellow with large frothy off white head that lasts awhile leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is floral, hay, lemon and funk. Thick mouthfeel with a dry lemon, spice, and some sourness with light funk and dry finish. Hides alcohol well, a very good saison from Fantome.

750 ml bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden color with a medium white head. A big fruity and Brett nose. The flavor is excellent: floral notes, berries, funkiness, deep dry earthy malts. Very nice.

Bottle. Hazy orange liquid with small white head. Aroma of white pepper, grain, lemon, spices, flowers and grass. Taste is dry, light bitter and light sour with notes of grain, white pepper, flowers and grass. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Great stuff.

En trevlig saison. Frisk och syrlig med smak och doft citrus, belgisk jäst, citron, gröna äpplen. Len och rund med en torr citrusskalsbeska. Gott.
