Beyerd Winterbier is het tweede seizoenbier van de Beyerd. Voortgeborduurd op de Herfstbock maar voor de wintermaanden een tikkeltje voller, zoeter en zwaarder.

Clear deep chestnut brown beer, big creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: caramel malts, soft roast, hint of mocha, ripe banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty roasted, lots of alcohol, sweet and sugary, bitter, coffee notes, some caramel. Aftertaste: alcohol, bit sourish, hoppy touch, bitter, roasted, coffee, caramel, bit sweet, dry finish, decent!
