Aroma of malt, oak, aceton, dried dark fruits, hint of funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate sour. A bit heavy and boozy desipite the relatively low ABV. Too much aceton. Disappointing, not to my liking.

Corked bottle. Almost black and opague. Roast, citrus and a hint of leather in the aroma. Sweetish, roasty citrus flavor with dried tropical fruit, pineapple and just a hint of leather. Some bretty notes in the aftertaste. Carbonation is soft. Delicious!

Nice light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, dark malts, sour grass, oak, sour socks, soda powder, dark fruits, sour coffee, hints of paint. Taste is dry slightly sour-ish, oak, bark, sap, dark malts, grass, burnt caramel, weeds, sour dark fruits, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry watery mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As De Molen Lost & Found ].[ Courtesy of my Euroswap 5.0 - dEnk ]. Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, tart, wood, berry notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, brett, berry, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151024]

750 ml bottle. Dark brown almost black color with beige head. Malty aroma, roasted, some chocolate notes, caramel, bread, hoppy, piney and grassy, light funky, light vinous, wood. Moderate sweet, bitter and light acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Flavor is light sour, malt, yeasty, brett, wood, tart wet oak, chocolate, light alcohol. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 241015
