Een fruitige hopexplosie met een laag alcoholpercentage. De grote hoeveelheden Mosaic, Simcoe en Cascade hoppen zorgen voor een krachtig aroma van ananas, mango en lychee. Een tropisch feest in een glas!
Een IPA met veel aroma en een zachte bitterheid. Dit bereiken we door de hoppen enkel in de whirlpool en dry-hop toe te voegen.

Small, dense light-yellow head over faintly hazy orange beer. Fragrant citrussy hops, lunaria, fresh hopoil, flowery nose. Bitter, fruity, citrus, ever so slightly cheesy. Finish and aftertaste quite bitter, hopoil-astringent, long-lasting. Light body, quite refreshing, good carbonation. Excellent! (and I do like the idea of the bird hop - as well as the Pratchett-reference, even unintended, on the label). 8/4/8/4/15

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Hazy golden/amber body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of banana bread and almonds. Flavour of dried grass, earth, bread and dried mango. Medium body with a frothy texture. Light fizz. A classy beer.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Coventry, and Day 19. Rich and slight hazy deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma floral and fruity. Taste is fruity citrus bitter. Creamy body. Nice.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Culemborg. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with some yeast. Taste is mediumbitter and hoppy with somehow a chalky, earthy undertone. Not groundbreaking but still decent and flavourfull for it’s ABV.

Sampled from tap at ’Craft & Draft’. Clear, golden amber with a frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly grassy aroma of mango, orange, peach and some pine. Slightly bitter, fruity and a little grassy taste of orange, mango, peach and bit of honey and pine, followed by a short, moderately resiny-bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite good!

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsdalen. Blek gyldengul. Uklar. Høyt kritthvitt luftig skum som varer lenge. God aroma av plommer & grapefrukt. Smaken søt frukt. Mandarin. Blir veldig syrlig bitter etter hvert. Avslutter tørt.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Tromsdalen. A pearl white head reduced to a remaining layer. Warm golden body, cloudy. Clingy lacing. Fresh, inviting aromas of tropical fruits. Flavoured with oily hops, peaches and pineapple. Lingering mid-dry hopped fruity finish. Medium bodied. Fine with our lamb pie (Tromsø 27.03.2016).
