Door gebruik te maken van het authentieke oud-Brabantse brouwsysteem is dit een echt witbier gemaakt van tarwe- en gerstemout. Mysterieus licht troebel met een uitgesproken geur en smaak van vlierbloesem. Ongefilterd, hergist op fles, toont dit frisse bier met romige schuimkraag in het glas van uitgesproken authentieke brouwkunst.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow colored brew with an nice bitter taste and with some flowery and fruity hints. Quite nice thirstquencher.

(sample, bottle) Cloudy pale golden. Huge white head. Spicy, perfume, sweet, sticky texture. Just ok.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit, malt and flowers, with touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with spicy and estery touches and malty hints. Spicy and estery aftertaste with malty touches. Decent.

Bottle. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is dusty and fruity, but with overripe fruits. Coriander flavour. Baking yeast finish.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Hint of coreander in the Grainy aroma. Citrus and coreander in the Wheaty flavor. Lemony perfumed finish. Not really great.

F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: malty, wheat, soapy, coriander, bit spicy, banana, floral, bit yeasty. T: wheat, coriander, soapy, floral, banana, bit spicy, yeasty, thin body, medium carbonation, I like herbal/floral tones here, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from ZBF 2018.

Lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet en kruidig met iets van zoethout en brood. Apart witbier.

Sampled @ ZBF 2016. (Thank you for sharing RB people!) Hazy citrus, little off-white. Nose is big on soap, sugar, coriander & lavender; taste is big soap, yeast, banana, white sugar, wheat, dull, overly soapy but not that bad. Too soapy & overly white sugar sweet to really work.

Hazy yellow colour. Initial aroma has a bit of skunky hop then some light yeast and banana. Fairly plain and watery. Light bready taste.
