Bottle shared. Pours hazy golden with a small off white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, weeds, plastercine and dough. The elder flowers come out a little. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Yellow with a lot of white foam. A lot of carbonation (a bit too much). Refreshing and easy drinkable witbier. Aroma of citrus, herbs, and a hint of elderflower. Crispy and dry finish.

33cl bottle from Geers, BB 09/2012.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy murky yellow, full sized white head. Smell malts, citrus and hops. Taste malts, a bit wet hops, grassy hops, blossom, lightly bitter. Very pleasant. Medium body, low to medium carbo.

Bottle thx to the benzai. Hazy yellow colour with a huge white head. Smells hoppy, some light herbs, sweetish, nice. Tastes slightly hoppy, fruity, fresh, some herbs and nice. Quite a good beer! I’m surprised by this one. Great carbo, medium body.

Hazy orange-yellow colour, firm white head. Fruity and floral aroma, elderflower, light honey, pronounced yeast. Light bitter, light sweet flavour. Short finish.
Solid beer, nice to see a wit without the obligatory coriander seeds for a change.

Towering, very dense & fine, light yellow head, leaving lace over fully hazy orange-yellow beer (looks for all the world like a Hefeweizen). Very nice, outspoken flowery nose, with obvious elderflower - and do I detect Nelson Sauvin? Certainly fine hops, slightly citrussy/lemonblossom. Fruity and again noble hoppy flavours, lightly bitterish, citrussy and also spicy (like mustardpowder or galanga) - no doubt the elderflower. Quite spritzy, refreshing, wheatslickness, light to medium bodied. Excellent for the first real commercial try.
