Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale, with frothy head. Big aroma - papaya, lemon zest, very appetizing. Fresh, pithy, lots of bitterness, sweet pale malts. Damn, bang on perfect session IPA.

Cask (gravity). Cloudy amber with a few bubbles. Aroma of peach, pears, caramel. I’m a couple of days late to the party, so perhaps it’s lost condition: anyway it’s completely flat. But still tastes pretty fresh and like a pretty good session bitter. Lightish bodied and summery, but not watery. Fruit as in te aroma, along with some bread crust. Fairly dry at the end with moderate bitterness.

Cask at The Local Taphouse, Melbourne. Cloudy copper colour. Englisg style cask bitter character with a bit of strawberry and caramel. Mid dry with sofy mouthfeel and light, yet firm body. Earth, caramel and red berries and spice. mid bitter finish. Nice English style low gravity cask bitter.
