Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head fills the glass and turns soapy as it recedes. Soapy lemon aromas. Crisp with soapy lemon and sweet coriander front to back. Lasting soapy bubblegum finish.

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral and yeast. Medium body, yeast, fruity, light finish, good.

Bottle - gold pour with a fairly frothy lace - I was excited to see they went for a pure and simple recipe, but their desire to focus on bubblegum esters is a little disappointing - they certainly got what they were going for - starts a little sweet, with moderate bubblegm esters - thankfully, these subside through the middle and it dries out a bit, bringing a nice noble hop profile and slightly peppery phenolics - I like it okay, but the focus in the aroma and flavor profile are not what I typically like in the style.

bottle picked up in Seattle. Pours out and nice light gold topped with a long lasting whitehead. Nose is light floral notes sweet malts and some barnyard. Taste is as the nose with some light hops barnyard and some grass. Very low carb but I like a lower carb beer.

Bottle. Almost clear gold with a white head. Aroma is honeyed and floral with light peach and pear. Some vanilla and clove. Sweet with lemon pudding and yes, bubblegum, with a slightly bitter and still quite spicy (clove, pepper) finish. Finish seems drier after half a bottle or so. Carbonation is on the low side for this sort of thing and a few more bubbles might have helped bring the sweetness back to the pack. Slightly odd take, but interesting and pretty good.

Hazy Yellow Color, Small Head That Lasts, Spotty Lacing. Faint Floral and Belgian Yeast Aroma. Moderately Sweet, Slight Citrus, Malt, Clove, a brief moment of faint bubblegum, Belgian yeast, peppery hop finish. Mellow Easy Drinker Decent. Worth A Try...

Fun label. Pours a cloudy and dull orangish shade of yellow. Not quite opaque, and it’s hard to tell how much of the cloudiness is from my pour. Nice, thick, slightly off-white head. Great retention. Some lacing. Lots of fine bubbles. Aroma is sweet with simple malt sugariness. A bit bready. There’s also a tart, lemony twist, possibly just from the hops. Little bit of herbal hoppiness. It smells kinda like a sweet pilsner-ish beer. Some light stone fruit and bubblegum, maybe even some banana. The taste is somewhat sweeter than I’d prefer and never quite dries out as much as I’d like. Herbal, grassy hoppiness, particularly in the finish. A bit less lemon and musty yeast than in the aroma. The malt is just a bit simple and lacks that fresh, bright flavor of better saisons. Mouthfeel is fairly effervescent. Prickly bubbles. Despite that, it’s a bit too full for the simple maltiness. Pretty disappointing. It’s not really a bad beer, but it’s not my taste in the style, even though I love a range of flavors in saisons. It just hits some key points of the style wrong for me. If I were to review the beer strictly by style, I might go even lower with my scores.
