The Magnificent Mullets (aka achy breaky big mistakey; meerasche) are back! We wanted to celebrate those who have donned one of the great hairdos of yesteryear, and what better way than infusing various fruits into a delicious Sour Ale. The flavour is short and tart up front, but long and citrusy at the back.

On tap at Beer Jerk Bunker. Pours hazy orange gold. Grapefruit, blood orange, lemon, cereal, pepper, nice tartness. Medium body. Interesting.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a large souffle-like white head that lasts well. Very high bead. Aroma is barnyardy with complex citrus and tropical fruit. Light-bodied with a little slickness. Sweet lemon pudding, wheaty tartness, grapefruit, lime-leaf, white pepper, a little detergent. Little if any bitterness. Very refreshing with some interesting things going on.
