11 ounce swing top bottle. A soft bitterness in the flavor. Just a bit grassy with a hint of orange. Typical kölsch with the emphasis on drinkability. Good and tasty example of the type.

From tap @ Restaurant Mama Leone (visited 11.6.2019) in Cologne in Germany. F: big, white, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, bready, bit caramel, fruity. T: malty, bready, fruity, bit yeasty, grassy touch, bit spicy, medium body and carbonation, easy drinkable, good one.

0,33 l swing top bottle from Getränke Hoffmann, Deutz. Clear golden in the glass, white one finger head. Smells low malty. Taste is malty, little bit dry fruity, increasing mid bitterness. Flat cardboard aftertaste.

On cask at the Brauhaus. Clear golden with big white head. Aroma is crisp hops, medium/light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is crisp hops and light malt.

330ml bottle into glass. Pale amber beer with thin white head. Some very lonely bubbles. Nose is light lemon. Quite fizzy in the mouth. Lemon, malt, and grain all make brief appearances. Finish is lingering lemon. Not bad.

Pours lifeless gold from the bottle. The head makes a quick exit. Aroma is a mix of grains, grass and rubbing alcohol. Taste mildly sweet up front. Turns more bitter with mineral notes at the end. Body is lifeless, quite light, a touch watery. Nothing here to really like.

I got a pack of 4 from a nice acquaintance in a buckle bottle. The look was nice, even foam, but the taste disappointed me. Because it's not very. Some hops, but more of a watery feeling. The foursome sold out, but I wouldn't buy it for myself. It"s a classic Kölsch. The Klassiker :)

Egy kedves ismerőstől kaptam egy 4-es kiszerelést csatos üvegben. A megjelenés szép, még hab is volt, de az íze nekem csalódás. Mert nem nagyon van. Némi komló, de inkább csak vizes érzés. A négyes elfogyott, de magamnak nem vennék.
