Kross Stout es una cerveza muy especial para nosotros, ya que gracias a ella nos conocimos y decidimos a emprender este proyecto. Esta Ale de color café oscuro y cuerpo medio es compleja y equilibrada a la vez. Sus delicadas notas a café tostado, chocolate amargo y frutos secos la hacen muy versátil en el momento de combinarla con comida. Pruebenla con mariscos, postres de chocolate o quesos mantecosos.

24/1/2026. Bottle at ITFC Beer share. From the Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following the World Beer Awards. Good pour. Nice aroma, chocolate, roasted, ashy, coffee. Moderate sweetness and roasted bitterness. Nice drying notes. Liked it.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black coloiur. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma, Light bitter fæavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palaty.

Nearly black, beige head. Roasted aroma, mild chocolate and jammy notes. Sweet roasted flavour, chocolate, mild bitterness.

Bottle @ Martin tasting. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 221125

On tap at KrossBar, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has soft cocoa, toasted malt, and some earthiness. Flavour is rather fungal, with bready malt, some cocoa, and lots of fungal notes. Not what I want in the style but not flawed at least.
