Can: Poured a hazy orangey/yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones and some green resinous notes with light bitter notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones, some green resinous notes and a light bitter finish. Body is about full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with a slightly old-school IPA twist.

Hoppy and fruity, a touch sweet. Citrus, tropical fruit, pine resin, some florals. Smooth and clean, not fullon hazy but not west coast either, midwest ipa? Very nice.

CD: 10/29/24, enjoyed 01/26/25. Pours a cloudy orange body and a dense, rocky white head with long retention. Aroma's of leafy hops, herbal hops, mild, soft fruit, some resin. Retronasal there's herbal hops, some resin and soft fruit. Flavour is above moderate bitter and light moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Finish is slightly dry and above moderate bitter, but not at all harsh.

The final DIPA from Hill Farmstead, that I was interested in trying now think and it’s a cracker - from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, consumed 18th January 2025. Pours thick and juicy, aroma is satsuma and candied oranges. Taste is pithy, bittersweet, differentiated and decent

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Citrus and melon aromas. Medium bodied with sweet golden syrup, hot mango and melon upfront turning to earthy tangerine pith and peel in the dry, lasting finish.

473ml can. hazy, dark orange, golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Leafy, juicy, tropical fruity, slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of mango, orange, some passion fruit. Taste is mildly bitter, tropical fruity and minimally leafy hoppy, hints of mango, orange, some mineral bitterness. Full body, creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, creamy carbonation. Very homogeneous, neither overly intense nor complex - good, not outstanding.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a nice, big frothy, creamy, warm-white head, great retention and lots of sticky lacing. Freshly squeezed orange, clementine juice aromas with lemon zest, herbal notes and hints of oats. The taste starts off smooth, mild, but big bitterness builds, to lead into dryness. Quite a nice American Imperial IPA with good juiciness, then bitterness and great finish lingering.

On tap at The Jeffrey in NYC. Hazy yellow gold color. Small creamy white head. Mild citrus and stone fruit aroma. Flavor is stone fruit and dank citrus. Soft notes of apricot and tangerine. Lemon peel as well. Dry bittersweet finish hints at pineapple and grapefruit.
