Sample at CPH beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt and chili. Long sweet and bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber golden with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of caramel with a vague whiff of chili. Medium body, sweetish caramel with a light chili touch. No bitterness. 160509

Bottle at KBH Festival, 2009. Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy off white head. Very malty nose and taste. Caramel, banana and yeast. Warming vague hints of chili in the end. OK

CBF09. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a fully gone head. Aroma is sweet malty, light hoppy and yeasty. Light sweet flavoured. Bitter and with a light spiced bite. Smooth malty and light vegetable like finish. Distinct chili bite in the far finish.
