Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, keller, light hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, earthy, sweet malt, fruity, light yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130215]

Bottle, 75cl. It’s an almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Some citrus in the aroma, with pine cones, pale malts and a touch of alcohol. Full-bodied, warming and pleasantly carbonated, with flavors of citrus, pine cones, some white sugar and pale malts. Low on bitterness, but there’s some in the finish. Nothing impressiv going on here, but it’sa decent beer anyway. 130215
