In 1998 Beer Chang was awarded the “Gold Medallion” at the International Beer Competition in Australia in the category of “Lager, Unlimited Degree”.

Barwa złota, klarowna, piana niewielka i szybko znika bez śladu. Aromat mało wyrazisty, słodowość i spora pustka, ale bez wad. W smaku słodowość, minimalne jakiś chmiel da się wyczuć. Wodniste, niska goryczka, wysycenie w normie. Pijalność w miarę dobra, ale tak trąci pustką, że tylko na ekstremalne upały się nadaje, wieje nudą.

Optisch nicht der Hit, kein Schaum, gelbgold, passable Perlage. In der Nase Maische, im Trunk kurz malzig, kein Abgang, wässrig. Aber für subtropische Klimate gut gekühlt durchaus trinkbar. Mehr dann aber auch schon nichtmehr.

330ml bottle from Tuk Tuk, Darlington. Gold amber colour, white foam head and aroma of grain, grassy. Taste is sweetish, grainy, malt, straw, hay with grassy & metallic bitterness. Light bodied, medium bodied, lightly grassy finish. Standard pale lager.
