On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, lemon zest, floral, oak, grape. Thin body, citrus, oak, brett, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

2/III/19 - 37.5cl bottle @ Tim's Tremendous Taco Tasting, BB: n/a - (2019-329) Thanks to sebletitje for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super fruity, peaches and apricots, brett, wood notes, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, peach notes, some citrus, bit of marzipan, lovely one. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, some tannins, slightly soapy, fruity, very nice!

Holy crap, what? So apparently there’s a world class beer hiding in St. Pete. Nose is fair, doughy, light hay. Flavor similar, a touch grassy and doughy, light bodied but highly flavorful. Maybe a touch of sharp cheese. Reminiscent of Orval but less hoppy, less funky. I haven’t given a score this high in almost a decade.

Bottle. Funky barnyard, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet light citrus, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Pleasantly drinkable.
