Una cerveza que es un tributo a la resistencia y subsistencia, creada con recursos limitados. Cómo no podemos trabajar con las herramientas del presente hemos vuelto al pasado. Nombre sobrio, etiqueta modesta, diseño plano… Pero todo esto es lo que envuelve, el contenedor. Lo importante, el contenido, está más acorde al futuro: una hoppy pils, elaborada con lúpulos experimentales, transparente, fresca y refrescante, ligera… los aportes base de una lager con los toques del lúpulo que recuerdan a cítricos y con un perfil resinoso a la vez.

Una cerveza que te refrescará el cuerpo y mente…

33 cl bottle bought at La Birroteca, Alcalá de Henares. A hazy lemony golden pour with a long-lasting, rocky, snow-white head. Aroma is not too intense: grass, lemon, hay, citrus zest. Mouth is fizzy, dry, low-bodied, rather bitter. Medium-lingering aftertaste.

(bottle 0,33l Advent calendar from Beershop.cz online shop) Overall: Surprisingly good. Nice noble hops with solid bitterness. Aroma: Noble hops, floral, hay. Appearance: Clear golden. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, malt, noble hops, floral, medium bitter. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

--Keg at Haket, Gothenburg. -- Clear golden, small head. Fruity, grassy nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity, grainy malt. Grass and hay. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at La Pirata Malasaña, Madrid, Spain. Pours clear gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak herbaceous, a little honey and tropical. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter, unidimensional.

Sampled from the tap at Cat Bar CAT. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has earthy straw and bread with grain and a hint of musty grass underlying. Flavor has earthy grains and bread with straw and a slight wet grass note.

Tap at La Pirata. Nose is sweet grains, tiny hints of butter. Palate is not buttery at all, lots of sweet grains. They managed to miss the the typical Czech pils taste, but still decent

Draft @ El Birrot, Jafre. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez légèrement grains, touche noble, vert fleuri avec un petit rétro de maïs et grains en rétro. Palais est léger malté, pils, houblonné, noble, effet lager et touche fine citronnée voire de feuilles vertes - et une petite note herbacée.
