Rare DIPA misstep from 3F, with the lactose adding a vanilla-tinged cloyness to an already extremely bitter pint. Probably would be excellent without the extra sugar, but as-is…woof.

Draught @ First Draft, Chicago IL. Clear golden-red with foamy off-white head, lightly citrusy malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter malt forward taste with citrus feel, piney flavor, smooth thin body, long smooth finish. Very smooth and tasty.

Pours a slightly hazy dark amber from a can. Big malt, juicy syrup and pine aroma and flavor. Okay beer.

16 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout in Falsington, PA. Listed at 8.6% ABV. Hazy orange gold color. Large frothy beige head. Citrus hop aroma. Juicy, tropical fruit flavor has a sharp bitter presence. Some warming alcohol as well. Soft mouthfeel leads to a bitter bitter finish.

Can shared by explosivedog: pretty clear with white head. Aroma is fruity, and I think I smell lactose, tangerine or something. Taste is sweet, lightly bitter, smooth. Tasty.

Can. Pours mostly clear bright gold. Grapefruit, lemon, floral, melon, sweet, light bitterness, nice honey malt finish. Decent body. Good.
