0.33 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', bottled in January 2025 (already nine months old 😑). Hazy, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, gently grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, bergamot, lemongrass, light banana and hints of clove. Just slightly sweet, gently bitter, rather fruity-floral, quite grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemongrass, bergamot, pomelo, lemon peel, white pepper, some hay, light banana and traces of clove, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Great hop-forward Belgian ale: super fruity and grassy, quite dry, only slightly yeasty. Perfect summer thirst-quencher for the beer geek. Now I need to get my hands on the XXX version.

After run

Cloudy orange yellow pour. Sugar, fruits. Some butter citrus from the hops. Pretty enjoyable

Bottle at home in Alkmaar. Pours opaque golden with a thick white head. Aroma is sugars, peppery notes, some grass as well. Taste is light honey, candi, grassy notes, light phenols. Closes with a long lasting, dry and moderately bitter finish, grassy notes. Light bodied eith average carbonation. Maybe I should be turning to these dry, phenolic belgian pales more frequently?

Great dry grassy hops! Lots of great lemon, grass, and some pine. Sharp bitter finish, really a super refreshing ale.

Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato finiscono sentori di miele, orzo, cereali, frutta secca, erba, agrumi, pompelmo, mela verde e chinotto.

Аромат фруктового хмеля, немного цитрусов. Во вкусе преобладает вкус фруктового хмеля аля Ипа. Также имеется фруктовая горечь. Немного лимона, апельсина и цитрусов. Пиво достаточно газированное. Послевкусие фруктовое с легкой горчинкой.
