Nectar imprisoned in a bottle. An anything-but-delicate blend of sharp hoppiness and fruity aroma, this beer is a life-changing backyard knife-fight for your palate. Fermented with a volcano-like Belgian yeast strain called “El Diablo,” Raging Bitch earned its polarizing name from the aggressively active nature of the yeast - unleashed, untamed, unbridled...and in heat.

From bottle at Cardinal with JFE at the opening day 06.05.20 after the corona lockdown. Translucent orange. Bright white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of Jaffa cakes, marmalade, bitter grapefruit, pine and pale malt. Good bitterness is lingering on.

Pours bubbly amber with a foamy white head. Aroma of yeast and light hops. Taste has citrus, pine, yeast, harsh citric notes. Palate has an intense nose element of lemongrass resin and harsh oak. Unlike other beers.

Bottle from Pivný raj I'm happy to admit that this is what I expect from Belgian IPA. Spicy, yeasty and still delivers good amount of hops. Tasty, very tasty.

Smell - weak, some yeast, Belgian feel, some caramel. Foam - thin, hops, alcohol feel, feels soft and large in mouth. Head is large, creamy orangy, brown white color, thickish, and sticks to sides. Appearance - orange amber, clear, quite carbonated. Taste - some alcohol feel, hops, bitterness, some sweetness and caramel. As I am not fan of hoppy beers, it does not really wow me.

Bottle from an Albert Heijn in Bruges. Pours hazy dark golden-amber with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head; lots of lacing. Strong aroma of pink grapefruit (peel), green bell pepper, orange peel, toast, dark honey, pear, manog, hashish, fried onion, curry even. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of pear & (ripe) mango with an oniony touch; slowly building a medium hoppy bitterness that carries grapefruit (peel), 'raw' hashish, some pepper & curry on a bready, even toasty malty base, faintly honeyish too. Dry, earthy & piney hoppy finish, lingering toast, onion, honey, grapefruit, some warming gin alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Quite the assertive brew, very good. And points to Albert Heijn for offering stuff like this...
