Troebel lichtbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is krachtig hoppig bitter en licht zoet, citrus en ananas. Smaak blijft lang hangen.

Bottle at home I was seduced by the bottle for unknown reasons. Hazes orange with big sudsy slightly annoying head. Nose is booted hops light citrus. Tastes of mandarin orange, pine needles, yeast, peach, florals, and bread. Heavy bitterness semi sweet finish. Slightly oily palate.

Sehr stark karbonisierter Antrunk mit voluminösen dunklen Hopfennoten. Blumig, etwas hefig, steigende Herbe mit nussigen Noten. Rund, minimal alkoholisch. 6/11/9/9/9/9

11.2oz shorty grenade bottle. Yeasty thick orange body. Creamy. respectably steady white head. Kind of a noble hop aroma, but a real underlying citrus depth in the hop character. The lack of filtration lends a creamy mouthfeel which really benefits this style. Maybe the most enjoyable Belgian IPA I’ve had in some time, I’d go back for more of this. No hairspray, drinkable.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from one of the online shops. Pours perfectly clear gold with a lively, frothy white head. Not the most inviting of aromas as far as DIPAs go - there’s some grass, leaves, mild yeast and drying berries. The flavor is moderately sweet and there’s a big, boozy punch in the throat, coupled with notes of ripe apples, orange, wood, grass, pear and melon. Full bodied with high carbonation. Warm to hot on the finish with bready, lightly toasted malts, grape, more berries, ripe orange and other citrus, mild bitter grass, some esters, oily pine. A bit messy. Drinkable.

a slightly orange colour, a long lasting head is big and blond. The aroma is strongly fruitful, slightly tropical, citrusfruits, sweet marshmellows and some spices. Taste has fruits, some marshmellows and spices, surprisingly, some slightly alcohol in the end, but not after the couple of sips. Bitterness in the end but that’s not very strong. Medium+ bodied, strong carbonation, not heavy at all. Old coast DIPA with belgian fruits, a stronger character would be better.
