There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

750 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer. Thank you! 2012 vintage. Ha ha ha ha. Aroma shows me old coriander, old cheese, and old malt. Yep, if this brew had a prime, it is WAY past it.

Draft pour at the The Belgian Brewers' Bash in Washington DC. Poured a dark, deep yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was tart lemon, light dusty notes. Flavor was pleasant tartness. Flavor was dusty, pleasant tartness, light acidity.

A very slight hazed, golden-amber with a whitish cap, average retention and light lacing. Fruity malt nose with some light spices, oranges, some earthiness and mild hops. The taste is rich with fruitiness and honey notes. Medium mouthfeel, but at least not too syrupy. Drinkable, but not your typical witbier here.
