We crafted this traditional English beer with 4 different hops from the Savinjska Valley in central Slovenia. The initial caramel flavor is followed by a gentle herbal and flowery aftertaste. This brew honors the tradition of the premium bitter ales with a refreshing smooth taste, light body and low alcohol content. It also has a significantly lower carbonization or CO2 content.

Bottle, 0.5l. Murky copper pour, half finger soapy, slightly off-white head. Short lasting, little to no lacing on the glass. Malty herbal nose, a bit sweet, notes of caramel and candy, hints of citrus. Thin body, very soft, almost flat carbonation. Watery mouthfeel and texture. Mild nicely balanced bitter taste with a touch of sweetness. Aroma follows the nose, caramel malt in the background. Notes of candy, mild herbal spiciness. Nice fruity touches followed by grassy hop character. Slightly dry finish with mild lingering spiciness. Quite tasty and enjoyable. Will definitely pick this one up again if chance presents itself.
