Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, yeast, and citrus, leading to a dry finish.

Very dense, creamy head over red-foxy beer, well-carbonated. Sweetish, roasted malts nose, with flowery/fruity notes, as from rosehips. Slightly oxydized, bit roasted, sweet-sourish, and again flowery; spiced with obvious coriander. Light body, lightly spritzy. It would even be refreshing with just a tad less restsugars. Well - yes. God knows where it was brewed - this one in Ecaussinnes, but since then?

(Draugt at One Pint Pub, Helsinki, on 2009-03-13) Dark orange and cloudy. Medium sized white head. Malts, yeast and frutiness in aroma. Full bodied and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Malts, yest, fruitiness, grass, bitterness, bit of boiled vegetables and sweetness in taste. Sweet and bitter aftertaste.
