Cloudy green beer, small greenish aery head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: candy, apples, mint, little grassy. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: herbal, fruity, peaches, lychee, herbal bitterness. Aftertaste: fruity, pinapples, bitter ending.

Bottled. A green-yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits, and tea. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, tea, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight tint of green - nowhere as green as shown on the picture! - and a white head. Odd fruity and perfumy aroma. Medium body, tart AND smoky!! Doesn’t really taste nothing like green tea what so ever. Another Fantôme gone terribly wrong - sadly. 290212

cloudy white ,small white head. aroma is spicy, flowey and fresh fruity, tea. flavor is sourish, fruity, some spices, but the sour dominates, nice one. grassy herbal tea notes.

Refrigerated 75 cl bottle obtained from the rare beer club poured into a trappist glass. First glass pours clear chartreuse (looks completely different than picture), second glass pours dark green with light green highlights and white head that disspates very fast. Medium lacing, medium carbonation, aroma is great sour yeast. Taste is long acidic malt, lemon, granny smith apple, with hint of hops in the finish (second glass less acidic). Part Lambic, part saison, alcohol is well covered, overall pretty good.

75cl courtesy of sebletitje, thanks man! It pours pickle brine green with thin white head. The muted aroma has blunted notes of tart citrus and faint earthiness and little else. The taste begins with a mix of tartness, some lime – that may just be my impression of some acidity in the face of a green hued beer, faint sweetness, a mild level of yeasty spiciness and some more lime like tart acidity. The level of acidity isn’t too strong and I’m able to quaff down this beer without too much effort.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Unclear medium green colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, vegetables, tea, pepper. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, lemony, peppery, wheat - paper ! No my thing ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111021]
