Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo e frutta tropicale.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste, shared with hrabren. Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and yeast in the nose. Yeaty, quite strong toffee, light caramel and buttery with some spices in the finish.

0.33 l bottle from Eataly, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, fruity, malty, caramel, spice. Toffee. Sweet, toffee flavour. Buttery caramel. Touches of dried fruit, some spice. Tartness. Finishes dry. Quite smooth.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish amber, medium transparent, with moderate fine white foam. Aroma is earthy and hoppy. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium bitter. Final is lightly smoked as well.
