Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato e il caramello. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color avorio resiste abbastanza. La parte liquida si presenta limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, cereali, nocciole tostate, frutta secca e agrumi.

Unter dem Namen SpeciAle (den Wortwitz mit dem Speci-Ale, hat auch diese Brauerei aufgegriffen) bekommt man ein dunkles Ale mit einem geringen malzigen Körper. Die leichte, aber dennoch erkennbare Hopfung macht es sehr angenehm und süffig. Ein Bier, das ich gerne wieder trinken werde.

Bottled 330ml. -courtesy of and shared with guys of Konoba Kostanjac Karlovac, thanks! Dark golden/amber coloured, minimal off-white head, light malty nose. Sweet malty, touch of caramel, notes of herbs and subdued spices with touch of hops in the finish. Just ok. 6.0%ABV

Appearance: Hazy amber, huge amount of creamy off-white head.
Aroma: Slight malt, spices, slightly metallic. Toffee.
Taste: Sweetness, medium malt, slight bitterness. Spices. Good balance.

Draft @ Baladin Milano. Ambrée-brune, col épais crémeux blanc. Arôme est malté, pâle et caramel, houblonné dans un profile noble aux effluves herbacées et fleuri mais sans plus. Palais est légèrement houblonné, malt pâle, fini rappelant un peu un côté anisé. Le tout rappelle évidement ce style et signature Baladin dans la levure. Malt modéré cara-pâle avec une petite note de douceur en fin de bouche rappelant un mielleux. ok mais pas ma préférée de Baladin.
