Interesting balance between sweet and bitter. Borgata is intense in his notes of malt, but even more in the flawour of noble hops used. This beer, characterized by the full body and pleasant notes of caramel, is balanced by fresh and herbaceous tones, thus remaining extraordinary drinkable.

Taproom in Milano: pours copper white head. Aroma is lightly earthy, malty. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Pretty clean. Not bad.

29/6/2022. Draught at La Buttiga Beer Room, Milano. Pours clear dark amber bronze with a frothy off-white head. Decent looking beer. Malty, fruity, bready, caramel, biscuit aroma, just slightly veggie to begin with but that faded. 400ml serving which I started to appreciate more as it warmed a little. Quite enjoyed it in the end.

Täitsa bitteri laadne toode, lihtsalt stiilina pole liialt põnev ja see isend ei paista ka kuidagi eriliselt silma.

On tap at Milano tap room. Cloudy orange, medium white head. Malty, caramel, toasted, some light fruity notes. Some bitterness in finish. Light to medium bodied.

From the pump at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours an uninspiring brown gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is delicate citrus and some malty. Body is average, with almost no carbonation (expected as such). Taste is a nice combination of butter and citrus. Finish is average, with some leftover bitterness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey’s place. Thanks troubles. 5%. Hazy amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast. light fruitiness, some minerals. Sweetish flavor with malt, toast, caramel, minerals, earthy bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Cask @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Cuivrée, col beige léger. Arôme est fruité noir, malt léger de type anglais. Palais est malté sur une note biscuitée, caramel. Profil houblonné rappelant le dry-hopping avec une fin de bouche presque métallique. Le tout reste agréablement savoureux avec un citronné en amérisant type anglais, EKG, Fuggles. Fini garde une petite note rappelant la noisette.
