nice cloudy yellow color. Aroma is LOADED with corriander, rosemary, and lemon, with a touch of yeast. Flavour is so smooth, lots of corriander, and LOADS of lemon. Really nice carbonation, and a nice smooth sweet finish. What a great beer! Perfect for a summer patio, wicked stuff.

Can (from Beer Republic). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is witbier, coriander, citrus and wheat and some mild sweet grainy tones. Flavour is floral, some fruity, mild coriander and some zesty and wheaty tones. OK. Somewhat sweet, and not that much bitterish tones at all.

Keg at Les Frères de la Côte, Québec City. Cloudy yellow, small head. Distinct coriander aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Coriander, orange and playdough. Not harmonious.

This is your standard white beer widely available on tap when you are in Montreal. It pours a cloudy gold and has a nice mild clove spicy aroma with hints of citrus. The taste is clean and flavorful and pretty much what you’d want from a witbier. Not outstanding but I’d put it up head to head with Hoegaarden any day. A nice everyday white beer. ---update---- Bottle at my buddy Marc’s it pours a light cloudy straw gold with a big fluffy head. The aroma is spicy cloves, wheat & lemon. Nice soft mouthfeel. The taste is a solid witbier: wheat, citrus zest & coriander/cloves.

33cl bottle, BB 01/2013 bought at Brussels xmas market.
