Abricot vient rajouter un palais qui est un peu rugueux sorte de purée d’abricot qui se mélange bien avec cette IPA tirant vers des notes tropical agrémenté des senteurs du houblon. Encore un des ces traitements avec un fruit qui parfois ne donne pas un bon résultat.

On tap at the original Brass Tap in Wesley Chapel pouring dirty murky deep copper with tan head and nice sheet lacing. The aroma is huge and drool inducing with bold sweet apricot and peach and plum followed by a solid level of citrus hops. My . . . smells like a bowl of fresh fruit. The taste is rich apricot and citrus hops with moderate bitterness around the edges. I becomes more and more sliced apricot and peach like as it warms Yummy treatment to Jai Alai.
