A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with grassy hops, OK . In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, Lager like, a bit of a corn adjunct, so-so. Shared with GRM.

Bottle thanks to a generous trader. Pours gold with white head. Nose/taste of honey, sweet malt, cereal grains and creamsicles. Light to medium body.

Bottle as shown. Pours an amber and frothy off white head. The aroma is a floral hop and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a smooth hop and nice light bitter finish. Very easy to drink, a very good blond ale.

7oz bottle. Filtered yellow orange, creamy off-white head. Rather off butttery, grainy, putrid aroma. Assumably quite infected, this is a pretty piss poor product. Sort of like BMC without quality control. Corny, grainy, buttery. Sub par all the way.

Courtesy of douglas88. This little 7oz twist off bottle pours deep gold in body with thin white head. The aroma is muted with organic like notes as well as sweet honey, floral hops and a touch of malts. The taste is malty sweet with honey, floral hops, sweet malts and growing to tepid levels is some floral hop bitterness. This ends on the sweet side and a bit disappointing consider how much I enjoyed the Classic Lager.

Shared with ibrew2or3. thanks Dave. second in out ’slammer series’, golden pour, white head. aroma and flavors, malty, some floral hops, pale malts are little more forward. Bitter hops, pale malts, while keeping a nice honey approach although this one had more of the pale lager / bitter approach.. Enjoyed the classic lager more.

7oz bottle from the state wine store
Appearance: Clear golden with a medium sized white head and some lacing
Aroma: Honey, sweet malts, grassy
Taste: Honey, sweet malts with some bitterness to help balance it out, but it’s still pretty sweet
Decent, easy to drink.
