Murky, hazy, dark oranage color. Smells like a lambic, super sour, wet straw, and citrus. This is easily the sourest lambic i have ever hand, hands down. mouth puckeringly sour, just amazing!! It leaves you licking the inside of your much for more of the citrus, sour goodness, i loved it!

Bottle at home. Aroma is bretty barnyard funk, tart fruits, oak, citrus, lemon zest, touch of apricot. Flavour is medium to heavy sour with a touch of sweetness and a nicely dry finish. Body is medium. Highly drinkable and crisp fruity sour Gueuze, delicious!

24.06.2022, 0,75l bottle (19/20 vintage, batch #85) @ home:
Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, hazy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, old rope, flowers, mild vinegar, oak, grass, hay, minerals, leafs, fruit stones, bark, unripe berries, hints of thinner. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, old rope, mild vinegar, oak, grass, minerals, flowers, leafs, hay, unripe berries, citrus, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle at Monk's: pours orangey with barely any head. Aroma is grass, lemon, lime, funk. Taste is tart, dryish finish. Fruity notes abound. Low carbonation. Nice.
Is flat alright, sour, dry. Citrusy, woody, basement funk, a bit vinous. Nice.

Rusty orange colour with no head. Lots.of wood in aroma and flavour. Has a tart edge but there's also a grainy sweetness.

750ml shared with Ryan and Phill. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, fruity, a bit sweet. Taste: same, a bit on the minerals side, almost flat, maybe a bit more acidity than usual. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2020 vintage; no. 85, 19/20; bottled 01/12/2020). Hazed orangey gold with minimal white head. A hint sweaty, feint sweetness, light funk, quite nice.
