Hazy orange amber beer, no head. Sweet toffee fruit nose. Smooth dry palate. Sweet Pomegranate well integrated with sweet malt. Sweet banana undertone. Pomegranate makes this fruit beer stand out from the crowd. Smooth and sweet.

Appearance: Poured slightly hazy yellow with a nice white head and good amount of lacing
Aroma: Slightly tart pomegranates
Taste: Tart fruits, yeasty and spices
Decent, but I’m not sure that it is a saison.

Much better than expected and a rather good, fruity saison. I saw pomegranate and assumed that this one was going to be weird and bad, but Mr. Altimari pulled off a nice saison that manages to stay on style despite the fruit. It pours golden with a white head. I can imagine some red in there, but it’s not pink or anything. The aroma has some excellent funk, good malt and an interesting fruitiness. There’s definitely some pomegranate in there, but it’s playing a supporting role to the strong farmhouse flavors. The beer starts with honey-ish malt sweetness, leading into some earthy yeast and tart fruit and finishes dry and tart. The mouthfeel is fine, though the finish is nearly acrid. This is quite enjoyable. Lots of great funk and fruit.

@Tampa Wkly Gathering @OTH Thanks Ibrew2or3-22oz bottle-pours a dissipating white head and hazy amber color. Aroma is medium fruit, yeast, some light/medium malt. Taste is medium fruit-pomegranate, some hops. Easy. Soft carbonation.

Bomber pours clear deep copper with off white head. The aroma has palmagranite tartness followed by some apple and pear fruit sweetness. The taste sort of does the same thing with dark fruity palmagranite tartness backed up by a modest level of juicy sweet fruitiness from apples, pears and apricots.

courtesy of ibrew2or3. pours light cloudy amber, white head aroma and flavors, lots of pomegranate, yeasty mouthfeel with mild spices, fizzy tart fruit palate, berry juice finish with a touch of malt. Just couldn’t get into the pomegranate theme here.

Bottle. Reddish amber beer with an off-white head. Pommegranate and light yeast aroma. Pommegranate and rich malt flavor with red fruit and a light tartness. Medium body. Very refreshing. Pommegranate and yeast lingers with a light earthiness and light malt. Easy drinking.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a hazy orange body and a fading white head. Aroma is fruity with some creme, pomegranate, a bit phenolic (brett?) and some banana esters. Taste is dry and fruity with a tangy edge from obvious pomegranate juice. Dryness and acidity similar to champagne. Lightish bubbles and a bone dry mouthfeel.
