Using the original ingredients from when it was first brewed in 1897, we took the liquid back to its roots and made a highly sessionable everyday beer. \Bottled version brewed by the Miller plant in Irvindale, CA for the Primo Malting & Brewing Company (Pabst). Bottle. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, hops and a little straw. Flavour is malt, hops, medium sweet, little straw, little grass and a little bitter.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finisg. watery palate. Boring.

Appearance: Clear yellow with a big foamy white head and good lacing
Aroma: Light Malts, citrus and honey
Taste: Sweet Malts, some sourness with a slightly bitter citrus in the finish

Draught at Boardwalk, Cocoa Beach, FL, on Jan 29, 2011.Clear golden color, white head. Fresh, fruity, herbal, hoppy taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high herbal bitterness. Malty and herbal scent. Much better than I somehow expected it to be, I became pleasantly surprised.7/3/8/3/15=3.6

Bottle. Poured clear pale yellow with thin fast dissipating head. Sweet aroma with many sugary notes. Sweet candy and malt flavour. Sugary finish, no bitterness. Too sweet to drink again.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Malty aroma with hints of grassy hops. Flavour came out fairly dry with grassy hops and malty notes. Finished dry mild bitter. Clean.
