A golden ale with a thin creamy and lacing white head. A rather grainy mashed malt aroma with nice wafting British hops. In mouth, the same very grainy malt taste, British hops, oily mouthfeel more interesting than expected. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, May 23 2010.

Looks like a wheat beer of some sort, cloudy and all. Smell is clean and it starts off tasty with a little bitter in the back of the throat. Comes across very similar to a pale ale. Finishes like a pale ale too, some hops in there. Medium linger. Served at the brewery.

tap @ brewery Pours golden, white head. Aroma and taste, hoppy with citrus fruits and grapefruit with light notes of yeast. Can’t write much more about it. Very uninteresting and far from Dunedin’s best brews.

Bottle from Degarth; Thanks Joe! Nose of grain and light spices (cloves); Clear golden blonde with a small rellowish head; flavor of spices, light carame, and a small amount of hop bitterness lasting to the finish. A surprisingly good brew!

Bottle: Poured a golden amber with off white thick head. The aroma was sour and citrus. The flavor was a tangy malt.

Bottle from santa - cloudy golden with a light ring of foam - a kind of sweet, fruity aroma, with lots of german hops coming through, and light herbal hints - somewhat tart, followed by hop bitterness, and a sweet floral flavor - this flowery quality, coupled with light herbal notes, reminds me a little too much of scented soaps - still, quite crisp and refreshing - a decent session beer.

Clear golden color with tiny white head. Aroma is lightly roasted malts and spicy yeast. Not too bad. Flavor is light and refreshing combo of malt mixture. Ok, it is a bit watery. It does have a pleasing yeast twang and some noble hop bitterness. A nice option for a hot summer day beer. Leaves a light malty after taste.
