(On tap) Clear, amber golden with a white head. Vaguely malty nose. Medium-bodied with a pale malt character and a somewhat raw and primitive, bitter, hoppy finish. Solid but not very sophisticated. 040406

Bottle Pours a hazy dingy peach color with only a thin off white head. Spotty lacing. Aromas of light grains, apple cider, slightkly yeasty and verry little hops. Flavor is more bitter , a bit cardboardish and slightly fruity. Fairly strong bitter after taste but not much flavor to go with it. Moderate palette, and lively carbonation.

Golden body with slight orange highlights with a 1 centimetre thick white head. Smells of malt, a bit of hops and wheat. The taste is very mellow and subtle. A bit hoppy...not much at all, and a bit malty. No other crazy characteristics to write about, because it is simply a straight forward beer. Closest relatives to the macrobrews or the boring large 'craft brews' of Anchor, Sam Adams or Sierra Nevada. A good beer, not great or spectacular, but if you aren't looking for anything impressive...stick with this one. I was lucky enough to get this 16 ounce bottle in a beer trade from Matt A (Mabdoney) in Florida...Thanks again!
