Big thanks to jcwattsrugger for bringing this puppy to our weekly tasting. Pours deep gold with spotty white head. The aroma is bold spicy rye mixing with what might be hops with a bit of spiciness. There is a bit of an off note too. The taste has the same affect with spicy rye goodness, a thin layer of plastic bandaid and some sweet maltiness. I love the rye-ness of this brew. It ends with lingering spice and floral hops that head into the after taste.

On tap at the ‘010 FL Brewer’s Ball. Pours deep gold with loose white head. The aroma is sweet with spiciness, malts, spicy hops and a touch of grapefruit. The taste is pretty thin in body and becoming tart with spicy hops, a little bit of rye spice and then tart-ish with grapefruit like citrus hoppiness. Pretty darn thin overall but still pretty tasty and refreshing.
